The Five Steps Model™ by Hedgecreek is an adaptation of synthesis provided by Prof. Dr. Bart Bronnenberg, Professor of Marketing at Tilburg University and research fellow of the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) in London.

Where needed we use fieldwork to verify and refine strategic decisions.

Step 4

Acquisition

With a clear proposition and a structured view of the target market, we focus on acquiring new customers or strategic partners. We use a blend of human methods and (AI) technology to localise and effectively engage the target audience. In our prospecting activities, we carefully balance relationships, results, and retention.

Step 5

Result

The strategy and execution have generated the first results. In close collaboration with our client, we review the commercial outcomes and potential next steps. The organisation can now make an informed decision to optimize, scale, or integrate the activity; based on proven results and thus with less risk.
